The project consisted of the Mill Creek Subdivision Phase II for Dekalb Housing Authority. The subdivision was located at 1652 Bouldercrest Road, Atlanta Georgia. The project included earthwork, 11,000 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter, 16,300 square yards of asphalt concrete paving, sanitary sewer system, drainage structures and pipeline, and water system. The project also included erosion control which was done through the installation and maintenance of silt fence, de-mucking and maintenance of detention ponds; maintenance of rip raped areas near to Sugar Mill Creek. The site had a defined road grading. Work included fine grading of the roads, and in some cases, filling of up to 4 feet. Drainage structures and pipeline included the installation of a RCP storm drainage pipe, water main (DIP), and water side services.
